Seems this has been removed and recent nightly compiler won't build this crate as is. Some random post says use `doc_cfg` instead but we have that already so just remove the `doc_auto_cfg`. Copy from `rust-bitcoin` master branch, for no reason other than its quick and easy to do and is reasonably new.

Can we also do 0.2.2? Needed for BlockstreamResearch/simplicity-webide#57 and rust-bitcoin/rust-bitcoin#5183 |
We don't use this script anymore we use the `rust-bitcoin-maintainer-tools` repo for CI.
In preparation for release add changelog entry, bump the version, and update the lock files.

nightly-toolchainfile, deletedoc_auto_cfg, and bump the version so we can release.
